Our mission is to empower youth and strengthen families by providing mentorship, educational opportunities, mental-health awareness, entrepreneurship development, leadership training, and meaningful community support.
We strive to create safe, encouraging environments where young people can discover their potential, develop confidence and resilience, learn valuable life and career skills, and receive the support necessary to become successful, responsible, and engaged members of their communities.
Our Founder
Kierra Saddler is the founder of Inspiring A Better U, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering teens and young adults through mentorship, mental health awareness, life skills, and entrepreneurship preparation. Serving Dallas and surrounding areas, she works to help young people build confidence, recognize their potential, and prepare for a purposeful future.
Her mission is deeply personal. Having experienced hardship and the challenges of navigating life without consistent support, Kierra understands the value of encouragement, guidance, and someone who believes in you. Those experiences inspired her to create an organization where youth can feel seen, heard, and supported.
With a background in business ownership and administration, Kierra brings practical experience in organization, problem-solving, and building opportunities from the ground up. She connects those skills with her passion for helping youth develop resilience, explore career paths, and turn their ideas into achievable goals.
As a wife, mother, and community advocate, Kierra leads with compassion and determination. Through Inspiring A Better U, she is committed to expanding access to meaningful support and helping the next generation build brighter futures for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Inabinet Saddler
Inabinet Saddler’s vision for youth empowerment centers on encouragement, resilience, and the belief that every young person deserves an opportunity to thrive. In alignment with Inspiring A Better U’s mission, he emphasizes the importance of mentorship, mental health awareness, and practical life skills that prepare teens and young adults for the future.
His message encourages young people to recognize their strengths, make thoughtful decisions, and pursue their goals with confidence. He believes that having someone who listens, offers guidance, and believes in their potential can make a meaningful difference in a young person’s life.
Inabinet’s vision reflects the heart of Inspiring A Better U: helping youth feel valued, build courage, and take purposeful steps toward a brighter future.
Vice President
Monique Vassar
Monique Vassar proudly serves as Secretary of Inspiring a Better U, where she is passionate about empowering and uplifting young people through mentorship, guidance, and genuine support. As a mother of two and proud grandmother of nine, Monique believes every young person deserves a safe space where they feel heard, valued, and comfortable asking for help.
Monique holds an Associate Degree in Medical Coding and is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Accounting. She is also a Notary Public, crafter, and baker who enjoys using her talents to serve others. Through her active involvement with Inspiring a Better U, Monique is committed to being a positive influence and helping young people recognize their potential, overcome obstacles, and build a brighter future.

Operations Manager & TreasurerCasandra Haynes
Casandra Haynes is a dedicated business professional, financial services specialist, and community advocate with more than 10 years of experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, business administration, and financial management. She holds an Associate of Science from Dallas College and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Texas.
Throughout her career, Casandra has worked with and supported numerous nonprofit and community-based organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Dallas and Girl Scouts in Fort Worth, where she developed a strong passion for empowering young people and creating opportunities for them to thrive.
As Treasurer and Operations Manager for Inspiring A Better U, Casandra brings together her background in finance, administration, organizational development, and youth-focused community work. She is committed to helping ensure the organization operates responsibly, builds sustainable funding opportunities, develops strong community partnerships, and creates programs that have a meaningful and lasting impact on youth.
